Educators have a lot on their plates but are innately driven to go above and beyond to support the children and families in their care. Working in a system that is limited by access to funding and supports is hard, and sometimes really sucks! My job is not to add to your workload and stress load. By working together, we can build in strategies and solutions that work for you, your classroom, and your kids.

1:1 On The Floor Support
Sometimes it takes time to identify and articulate where challenges are stemming from.
I offer 1.5 hour sessions where I can come and spend some time on the floor with you and your educators to try and help you determine what is needed most to support your team.
