We value the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals and gladly accept NDIS clients that are either self-managed or plan managed.
Waves Play Therapy is unfortunately unable to accept Mental Health Care Plans & Medicare, as the Australian medical system does not recognise funding for our field.
The current NDIS hourly rate is $193.99 / hour or part thereof.

Private Clients
Agency & private paying fees are in line with the NDIS rate.
At Waves we want to support all families to access support for their child. If you are a private paying parent or carer and unable to meet the fees, please contact Waves to discuss possible solutions.

Additional Costs
Travel costs are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed at our initial intake meeting. We will do what we can to ensure that we can keep these costs to a minimum.
Please note that the time used for reporting and case notes is also billed at the same hourly rate, or part thereof.
